I'm releasing this Fasting Guide just in time for Lenten season & Ramadan! I pray God designs the perfect fast to bring your highest good.

There's a note on the doc, but I'd like to add a tiny disclaimer. I know the Bible has been used as a weapon, but I hope to reclaim the Love, Community, and Joy within those words.
