Queer Ministry believes religions are the languages through which we interact with divinity. At our core, people have a bond to all things divine. You may believe in a singular god, multiple gods, or no god at all. But, in your core, in your heart and in your spirit, you know and can recognize goodness, truth, and love. You dream, you create, you hope, you grow, you love. You are uniquely divine.
Queer Ministry aims to protect and include Trans and Queer people. More often than not, we are told that there's no divinity within us. We are different, disjointed, disgusting. The violence committed against Trans and Queer community must end. Those proclaiming to be divine cannot continue to participate in this harm.
